Online Project Specialist

Position Overview : We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and data-driven Advanced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive targeted organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI. This role demands advanced technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a passion for continuous learning in the dynamic realm of search.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and optimize advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to achieve business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform content development and strategy.

Audit websites and provide technical recommendations on site architecture, crawlability, indexability, page speed, structured data, and mobile optimization.

Requirements :

Expert in SEO tools : Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Moz, and others.

Deep knowledge of current and emerging SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.

Preferred Qualifications :

~ Experience working with large-scale websites or enterprise brands.

Job-Specific Tasks :

Keyword Research Tasks :

Perform comprehensive keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner

Identify high-value search terms, long-tail keywords, and semantic variations for targeted landing pages

Group and map keywords to relevant topics, clusters, and page hierarchy

Analyze search intent to align keywords with user journeys and content strategy

Regularly update keyword lists to reflect market trends, seasonality, and algorithm changes

Evaluate keyword difficulty and prioritization based on traffic potential and business objectives

Collaborate with content writers to incorporate primary, secondary, and LSI keywords into content

Competitor Gap Analysis Tasks :

Identify top organic competitors using SEO tools and manual SERP inspection

Analyze competitors’ keyword portfolios to find gaps and missed opportunities

Perform gap analysis between client website’s current ranking / traffic and competitors’ strengths

Benchmark competitor backlink profiles to uncover link building prospects

Examine competitors’ content strategies, on-page optimization, and technical SEO setup

Monitor shifts in competitor SEO tactics, rankings, and visibility

Present actionable insights, identifying pages or keywords where competitors outperform

Recommend strategy pivots to close ranking and content gaps

Other SEO Duties :

Conduct technical audits for issues (crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, redirects, etc.)

Optimize site architecture for improved crawlability, link equity flow, and user experience

Implement structured data / schema markup to enhance SERP features and rich results

Analyze server logs and crawl stats to refine site performance and bot accessibility

Monitor Core Web Vitals and page speed, collaborating with dev teams for improvements

Develop reports to visualize SEO KPIs and present insights to stakeholders
