Data Scientist / AI Change Agent

You will leverage your strong collaboration skills and ability to extract valuable insights from highly complex data sets to ask the right questions and find the right answers.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for Artificial Intelligence , Large Language Models and Machine learning in the organization and become an agent to best practices and roll out.
- Forecast production volumes using seasonal trend decomposition, time-series modeling, and machine learning.
- Develop predictive models to support demand planning, capacity analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct production capacity analysis across different facilities and modalities.
- Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems to monitor production stability and detect early signs of deviation.
- Analyze real-time sensor data using signal processing and pattern recognition techniques for troubleshooting and anomaly detection.
- Build and maintain radioisotope demand forecasting models to support regulatory planning and procurement.
- Support the start-up analytics for the Rhodotron X-Ray facility and its integration into corporate dashboards and KPIs.
- Participate in internal compliance audits , providing analytical support and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and IT to ensure data integrity, model adoption, and actionable insight generation.
Qualifications
Degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.3+ years of experience in a data science role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial context.Proficiency in Python, R , or similar tools for modeling and analysis; solid experience with SQL and data visualization platforms.Deep understanding of forecasting techniques , time-series modeling , and machine learning .Familiarity with SPC principles , capacity planning , and root cause analysis .Experience working with sensor data and applying techniques like FFT, filtering, and signal segmentation a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish .Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy, ready to help build the corporate analytics function from the ground up.What we offer
