Desktop Support Technician...

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance to end users and ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update operating systems.
• Troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and user-reported issues.
• Install and configure software and applications.
• Set up and manage email accounts and client configurations.
• Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on printers.
• Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms and IT equipment.
• Provide support on Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist users with technical questions and provide clear communication.
• Log, track, and follow up on incidents until resolution.
