Trainer - Call Center
Location: Av. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C.
Schedule: Morning Shift (flexible between 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
About the Role
We are looking for an engaging and motivated Trainer to deliver effective training programs for new hires and operational staff. This role is key to ensuring employees gain the knowledge and skills needed to perform successfully.
The Trainer will create a positive and structured learning environment while supporting employee development and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training sessions
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback
- Develop and update training materials and assessments
- Track performance and maintain accurate training records
- Support onboarding logistics, including system access setup
- Collaborate with Operations and QA to ensure training effectiveness
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Bilingual: English (B2+) and Spanish
- Experience in training, teaching, or facilitation (preferred)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
- Ability to create training content and materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Instructional design or facilitation certifications
- Call center or BPO experience
- Experience with adult learning methodologies
