We are looking for a Nearshore Account Executive (LATAM or Eastern Europe) who sees the shift happening and wants to be on the winning side.
We are pivoting. We are moving from a transactional LinkedIn tool to a multi-channel outbound agentic platform. Your job is to guide prospects through that realization.
You aren't here to fill orders. You are here to run a consultative discovery that uncovers deep pain, then prescribe a solution that sticks.
Your journey begins with a 2-week paid tryout designed to compress hiring, training, and validation into a single high-energy motion. The first week focuses on The Discovery Sprint, where you'll master the 15-minute call and must book one follow-up meeting to advance. Week two, The Pipeline Sprint, tests your ability to self-generate interest through pure cold outbound execution, requiring one MQL to secure your permanent spot on the team. Once these milestones are met, you'll enter the Graduation Phase, layering in advanced CRM workflows and negotiation strategies to become fully ramped and ready to close high-value annual contracts.
Our pricing strategy is simple. We have high month-to-month rates (the Anchor) to drive commitment to annual contracts (the Pivot).
You don't just look for a single seat; you look for the 'Land & Expand' opportunity. You use the Anchor & Pivot not just to close a deal, but to architect a partnership that is designed for 2x or 3x expansion within the first 90 days."
