Job Summary

Manage the label printing production area based on FF requirements, balance workloads across different plants, coordinate with suppliers for preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, manage area personnel, work with PQ engineers to solve label printing issues, coordinate actions with IT for proper functioning of the Backshop application, etc.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Use of applications like Backshop, Bartender
• Workforce management
• Preparation of production and quality reports
• Identification of label types
• Intermediate Office skills
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S and 8 Wastes)

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in the position

Experience

5 years for bachelor level, 10 years for operational level
