Descripción del trabajoIn-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and regulations. Strong financial acumen : budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility. Proficiency in supply chain management, fleet operations, and quality control. Familiarity with digital transformation and automotive technology advancements. Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company’s strategic direction and performance expectations. Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards. Oversee and optimize daily operations, including sales, logistics, and customer service. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Drive organizational change and transformation projects to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations. Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience : Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry ( direct collaboration with local OEMs, and understanding of the international and local automotive market and its stakeholders.
- Languages : Fluency in English and Spanish.
