We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional with deep expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and management of ECP, ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with other HR and finance systems.
Design, configure, and maintain SAP payroll components, including wage types, schemas, rules, and posting to the accounting system.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing : retroactive and off-cycle calculations, tax processing, and bank transfers.
Ensure integration of SAP ECP with Employee Central and financial systems.
Monitor and resolve payroll-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Generate reports on payroll metrics and compliance for HR and finance teams.
Conduct unit, integration, and configuration testing before deployment.
Minimum 4 years of SAP SF ECP experience.
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
Strong understanding of payroll principles and tax regulations.
Hands-on experience configuring SAP ECP : schemas, PCRs, wage types, and posting.
Experience with integrations between ECP and other SAP / SuccessFactors modules or third-party systems.
Bilingual : Spanish and English.
Ability to stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
