At Profuturo , we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to our Investment Directors to join our team and become a key partner in ensuring smooth operations, flawless coordination, and impactful client interactions.

🧠 What we’re looking for

📝Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related fields.

📝Advanced English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

📝2–4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in administrative / business support roles (preferably in financial services, consulting, or multinational firms).

📝Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior leaders and clients.

📝Advanced MS Office 365, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.

📝Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

📝Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.

📝Professional presence and service-oriented mindset.

💻 What you’ll do

🎯Manage and coordinate Investment Directors’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

🎯Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.

🎯Liaise with clients, partners, and providers, ensuring professional communication and follow-ups.

🎯Support high-level meetings : logistics, documentation, and minutes.

🎯Receive and coordinate visits from clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.

🎯Interact with internal areas (Finance, Legal, Operations, HR) to support cross-functional projects.

🎯Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
