We are leading a search for a Talent Management Analyst role based in Mexico City with a high-profile global consumer goods organization. This position supports the Americas region.

We’re looking for someone with :

• Experience in HR and / or consulting with a strong analytical foundation and a passion for data / Talent management / development / learning
• Comfort working with Excel and PowerPoint to present data-driven insights
• Ability to connect data to strategy and influence stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A global mindset. The role will advise, communicate and collaborate with colleagues around the world
• Who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish
