Full-Stack Software Engineer Team Lead

The role involves overseeing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple online applications, contributing to technical architecture and technology choices, designing and consuming REST APIs (both front and back end), and applying best practices in code quality, security, and documentation.

This is a full-time, Mexico-based position requiring strong technical leadership and excellent communication skills in English.

Activities :

Lead a team of 4 engineers, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery.

Coordinate daily with the client's team (English communication required).

Design and implement REST APIs (using Spring Boot).

Guide front-end integration with Angular and TypeScript.

Drive code reviews, best practices, and technical decisions.

Provide regular updates, syncs, and reports to the client.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in software.

8+ years of experience in software development.

Experience in full-stack development with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.

Proven team leadership or technical lead experience.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, versioning tools, and CI / CD pipelines.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
