Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related field) or Business Administration; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the energy sector, with specific knowledge of ERCOT protocols, market operations, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in English (advanced level for communication, documentation, and stakeholder interactions).
Knowledge of project management methodologies in English, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PMBOK standards.
