As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales of engineering plastics in Mexico and adjacent countries.The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship building and maintenance capabilities, as well as experience in the plastic industry.

You will work closely with our logistics and supply chain team to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to customers.In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

If you are a results-driven sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities : Sales Management : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets, interact with existing customers, develop new business opportunities, and evaluate distributor performance.Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits, and communicate this information effectively to customers and stakeholders.Market Monitoring : Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.Internal Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in polymer or material science, or equivalent experience.Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.Strong international mindset and multicultural abilities.A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the plastic industry, with a proven track record of success.Excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship building and maintenance capabilities.Ability to handle multiple product lines and projects simultaneously.Desirable Skills : Proficiency in Chinese language skills, preferably at a negotiation level.
