YOUR ROLE

Direct and organize manufacturing systems in Assembly operations, providing support for continuous improvement.

In your daily job you will :

Coordinate the introduction of new projects into the operation

Verify compliance with PPAP dates according to the provided plans

Implement operational improvement processes

Support the multidisciplinary team in resolving quality and operational issues

Train, develop, and evaluate staff

Monitor performance metrics

Follow up on action plans in continuous improvement processes

Enforce company procedures and policies

Maintain a safe work environment

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are :

• 5 years of experience as Assembly Engineering Manager

Advanced English

Experience in the automotive industry

Product interpretation and quoting

Plan reading

Personal development leadership

Product estimating

Experience in automation and continuous improvement

PLC robots and vision systems knowledge
