Audiovisual & Photography Assistant - Chinese Language

We are looking for an Audiovisual & Photography Assistant who will serve as a vital link between BYD’s headquarters in China and the Mexican market . This role ensures effective communication, coordination, and delivery of high-quality audiovisual and photography projects, while also supporting the administrative and logistical needs of the local media team. Key Responsibilities Support the full cycle of audiovisual and photography production projects between China HQ and Mexico / Latin America teams. Translate and convey creative and production requirements accurately to ensure alignment across teams. Supervise production schedules , resource allocation, and quality standards during shooting and post-production. Proactively identify and solve communication or cultural challenges between international teams. Support daily administrative and logistical operations of BYD México’s media department. Track project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure on-time completion. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Media Production, International Business , or related field. 1–2 years of experience in audiovisual and photography production, preferred in the automotive industry. Fluent proficiency in Chinese and Spanish Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Notion, or Asana.
