The Job
You will Be Doing :
Payroll Management : Process weekly payroll based on hours logged, ensuring everyone gets paid correctly and on time. Simple as that.Time and Attendance Tracking : Keep an eye on when employees clock in and out. If something looks off, you raise the flag and ensure clients are happy with the hours worked.Employee Records : You’ll be the gatekeeper of employee data—keeping everything up to date and making sure payroll and payment info is always correct.HR Support : Got a question about PTO, sick leave, or payments? You’ll be the first to answer and resolve any issues employees have.Compliance & Logging : You'll ensure every hour worked, every payment made, and every issue resolved is tracked. If there’s a record, you’re the one keeping it.The Profile
Who You Are :
You’ve worked in HR before and know how to keep things organized.Details matter to you. You catch mistakes before they happen.You’re familiar with tools like Time Doctor, Hubstaff, or similar Remote Employee Monitoring Tools.You’ve used WISE (TransferWise) for international payments, or you’re willing to learn.You communicate clearly and can interact with people from all over the world.You’re great at managing multiple tasks and hitting deadlines.You know your way around Excel or Google Sheets.You can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.The Employer
