Reliable Cloud Architect

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our delivery accelerator program, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and operating resilient infrastructure while ensuring reliability, scalability, and success of mission-critical products.The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps expertise and be able to work directly with customers to understand needs and resolve issues effectively.

You will own the success and reliability of assigned products by driving issues through to resolution, no matter how complex.As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.

You will also implement automation, monitoring, and observability solutions to improve system performance and incident response.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent production incidents.

Additionally, you will continuously seek opportunities to optimize systems and processes through innovation and creative problem-solving.Required Skills and Qualifications3-5 years of experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer with hands-on infrastructure build-out experience.Strong background in automation, CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a "figure it out" mindset and perseverance to see issues through to completion.Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.Familiarity with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) with proven experience working in English-speaking environments and collaborating with global teams.BenefitsThis is a long-term contract, hourly in USD.

The job requires 8 days a month on-site in Monterrey, MX.
