U.S. Transaction Advisory Services Opportunity : Seeking strong CPAs with Financial Due Diligence experience in Latin America out of Big 4 and Non-Big 4 Firms to work on U.S. Deals. Great opportunity to earn exceptional compensation, while working on larger, more complex transactions.
As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager you will be responsible for executing financial / accounting due diligence projects while supervising junior members of the team. You will be responsible for significant portions of report deliverables and will communicate findings to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform analyses of financial and operational results of targets by reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers
Prepare / evaluate pro forma financial information
Detect issues for purchase price reductions, deal structuring or deal termination
Pinpoint post-acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings and cash flow improvements
Evaluate effects of seasonality on cash flow requirements
Conduct industry and company research
Communicate and meet expectations of service
Oversee staff and provide constructive feedback and training
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting and / or related major
CPA Certification (or equivalent)
At least 3 years post articles of financial due diligence working experience
Experienced in running multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional project management skills
