They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, conduct quality checks following established processes, and document results as per our quality procedures.
Each team member is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.Functions and ResponsibilitiesWhat your background should look like : Manage all production activities through subordinate supervisors, applying knowledge of plant layout and department capacities.Ensure compliance with production schedules and efficiency levels, monitor scrap quality and control requirements.Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and facilitating supervisors.Analyze rejection causes to ensure product quality.Validate and authorize standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Define and implement preventive measures to avoid process problems.Assess staff and area needs, determine labor effectiveness, and project support personnel requirements.Advising Management on Production IssuesPrepare, negotiate, and manage departmental objectives, budgets, strategies, and action plans.Develop productivity reports for senior management.Supervise production personnel.Coordinate activities across departments to meet production targets.Supervise and evaluate measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.Implement and monitor preventive and corrective actions.Promote health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and illnesses.Participate in the development of the company's management systems, certifications, and programs.Perform other activities as directed by your supervisor or manager.SpecificationsRequirements : Education : Bachelor's DegreeLanguages : English (90%)Experience : 5-8 years in a similar roleTechnical Skills : Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Project ManagementCore Competencies : Motivating OthersBuilding Effective TeamsManaging and Measuring WorkValues include : Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, and Teamwork.
