Analytics & Insights Jr. Manager — Managerial Position

Work schedule : Flexible working hours.

Profile : Preferably a degree in quantitative fields such as Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.

Context : In Consumer and Market Knowledge, we play a crucial role in shaping business strategies, product design, pricing, media investments, and much more. We leverage our curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence their decisions through thorough analysis and research. We tackle questions such as : What should our brands represent? Who are our target shoppers, and how can we effectively engage them? How can we create exciting in-store and online shopping experiences?

Responsibilities

• In this position, you will take on increasing responsibilities to drive business insights and opportunities across various business functions while working independently under supervision. You will assist in developing solutions for business challenges, collaborating with partners to identify problems and opportunities, and helping to transform these into actionable learning plans. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and analyzing results and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to the business team.
• You will support the development and sharing of projects focused on consumer, customer, shopper, and market understanding. Your aim will be to ensure that your business teams possess a comprehensive understanding of the consumer and market landscape by sharing existing insights, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions to fill these gaps.
• You will be expected to provide actionable ideas based on a solid understanding of consumer and market dynamics and to collaborate with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to enhance key business priorities through data-driven insights.
• You will also have the opportunity to simplify and standardize existing systems and identify ways to expedite results.
