NOC Transport Technician / Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled NOC Transport Technician / Engineer to lead critical troubleshooting efforts, drive network performance optimization, and support engineering and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in telecom technologies and a strong track record of resolving complex network issues. You will work cross-functionally to maintain and improve network health while serving as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Expert-Level Troubleshooting

• Lead the resolution of critical and complex network outages and impairments.
• Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting methodologies for recurring issues.
• Conduct forensic analysis of network events to identify root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
