At Omron, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Guadalajara.

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do :

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing orders in JD Edwards (JDE), handling requests via email / phone, providing information on pricing, inventory, and lead times, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

What we’re looking for :

3+ years of experience in Customer Service (preferably in manufacturing or distribution).

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – intermediate level).

Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is a plus.

Intermediate English level desirable.

Strong skills in communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
