This Position reports to :

Manufacturing Unit Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead global or local operations teams. Each day, you will design, run and deliver the day-to-day operations pertaining to the business. You will also showcase your expertise by exceeding customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash) in an extended value chain at the lowest cost possible.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Services division in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Executing a customer-focused operations strategy and delivering financial and non-financial targets for manufacturing operations. (Manufacturing, Production, Purchasing, SCM, Logistics, Warehouse)
• Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and serrvice).
• Developing and continuously improving business processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction for the area under the scope.
• Ensuring compliance of Safety and Integrity standards within the operation.
• Conducting operational risk management to validate and improve reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
