Responsibilities :

• Analyze and follow up on the Forecast and Business Plan for a better outcome in the P&L (Profit and Loss statement).
• Review and negotiation of KPIs with the client.
• Responsible for the logistics operations Outbound / Shipping / Inventory Management.
• Operational cost-saving proposals for the account.
• Analysis and authorization of Head Count.
• Strategic management of the support area (staff).
• Responsible for generating and monitoring budgets.
• Strategic planning for Head Count calculation.
• Authorization of purchase orders for the site.
• Manages expense control.
• Negotiation of contract scope rates with the client.
• Review of internal and external audits.
• Strategic resource planning for peak season.
• Payroll approval.
