Overview :

We are 100C, a 10-person YouTube agency based in the United States that creates and grows YouTube channels for business owners. We are expanding the scope of work for one of our clients and need to find a bilingual video editor with experience in After Effects to join our team.

If hired, we will provide free copies of all the plugins we use, pay for your Freepik and Envato accounts, and teach you how to edit videos in After Effects the same way we do.

Your starting pay will be $1,500-$2,500USD per month depending on your skill level. Once you show us that you can complete the work without needing much feedback, we will increase your monthly base by $500USD. You can also earn a performance bonus of $500USD every month. So you have potential to be making as much as $3,500USD / mo within months of starting (if you're good).

In order to evaluate candidates, we have developed a test of your After Effects video editing skills, below are instructions and links to all the files you will need to complete it.

Please only complete the test and apply for this position if you :

• Can speak English and Spanish
• Live outside the United States
• Intend to work with us long-term
• Are available full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
• Are willing to work weekends if necessary
• Are available to start right away

About the role :

We do all of our video editing (except for color grading and sound) in After Effects, so we’re looking for a video editor who is skilled with the software. Your role will be helping us in whatever way we need across all our clients. One day you might be gathering assets, the next you might be trimming and color grading raw video, the next you might be doing motion graphics. Your job will include everything necessary to make professional YouTube videos, such as :
