Sheet Metal Production Superintendent

Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement always ensuring our plant objetives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure thefacilities / equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain the good workshop environment.

Responsibilities :

Develop, improve the Housekeeping system. 5 ́S.

Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan,to meet the production requirements.

Guide to develop the standard work time for each location, drive the lean manufacturing.

Analysis and improve the production efficiency. Through ACP when required

Cooperate with QA department to maintain the quality / ISO 9000 system.

Provide the guidance for workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analysis the internal material shortage from the manufacturing, guide to take corrective and preventive action.

Guide to develop, implement, maintain the equipment maintenance system.

Analyze and adjustive required the man-hous to meet the forecast .

Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the tools management system.

Requirements :

Effective supervisor skills.

Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and experience in sheet metal process, machinery and tooling.

Advanced computer skills.

Knowledge and experience in deployment of Problem Solving.

Business English

Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001

High sense of urgency

Advanced computer skills

Knowledge and experience in deployment of problem-solving methods : A3, 5 why, 8 steps

Application of Lean Manufacturing tools.

Safety / Environmental Effectiveness

PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan background.

Demonstrable knowledge of key manufacturing principles and processes.
