Attend to customer inquiries related to products and services

Provide effective solutions to technical and non-technical issues.

Record and follow up on customer requests, complaints, and feedback.

Ensure a positive user experience by resolving their concerns quickly and efficiently.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and support processes.

Perfil buscado

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)

Desire to work with people and consistently engage in verbal interaction over the phone

Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills

Genuine desire to progress into a sales development role

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and / or equivalent work experience

Advanced fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required

Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months

Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week

Ability and willingness to Travel in Mexico (20%) and spend time training in Dallas, Texas
