Senior Collections Operations Manager

A leading sustainability financing company is seeking a Collections Manager in Mexico City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of collectors to achieve performance metrics and provide training and accountability. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in collections and strong project management skills, with a background in consumer collection management preferred. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a significant plus. Compensation is MXN $560,000 annually.
