Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to undertake critical maintenance tasks.

This position is responsible for ensuring equipment efficiency and uptime, while minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.
• Analyze equipment failures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage spare parts inventory and establish procurement standards.
• Standardize maintenance records and track statistics, analysis, and archiving of equipment checklists and parameter control tables.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
• Assign and supervise maintenance tasks, managing personnel and foreign contractors.
• Train and assess maintenance personnel to improve their skills.
• Conduct safety risk assessments and develop management plans.
• Inspect employee safety operations and ensure equipment safety.
• Meet client requirements and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements include a Bachelor degree in Electronic or Mechatronic engineering, experience in the Automotive industry, PLC knowledge, advanced English language proficiency, and KPI management expertise.
