Engineering Director

At ALTEN Mexico, a leading engineering and information technology company, we are seeking an Engineering Director to join our team.

With a presence in more than 30 countries, more than 46,000 employees (mostly engineers), and experience in sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Multimedia, and Railways, we offer an international environment where you can develop and grow professionally.

15+ years of experience in Engineering Management, Product Development, and Organizational Transformation in the automotive, e-mobility, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Proven experience in P&L management, engineering projects, and engineering center development.
Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
Solid knowledge of engineering projects based on deliverables.
Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Define and execute the engineering strategy, aligned with the company's growth plans.

Oversee the full development cycle of all engineering projects, ensuring quality and cost-effective deliverables.

Manage large investment projects and engineering centers.

Establish performance metrics (KPIs) that guarantee revenue growth, profit margins, and quality of deliverables.

Represent the Engineering function to global stakeholders, generating alignment with business and client strategies.
