Job Opportunity – Industrial Engineer (IE)
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer (IE) to join our new startup operations in Mexico with a leading global supplier of telecom broadband solutions. This role offers exciting opportunities for career growth and development, as well as the chance to collaborate with international teams from Taiwan, China, the Philippines, and beyond. We warmly welcome local candidates in Mexico to be part of our team as we expand globally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Apply Industrial Engineering (IE) principles and methodologies to support lean production.
- Plan and coordinate new product pilot runs to ensure smooth transition into mass production.
- Arrange and optimize workstation allocation for efficiency.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to improve productivity.
- Design and improve production layouts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
