Digital Marketing Specialist – Hybrid (Guadalajara, Mexico)
MezTal is partnering with a Florida-based marketing agency that serves the senior living industry. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in paid media to support measurable lead-generation and customer-acquisition initiatives.
The ideal candidate has recent experience building, optimizing, and managing paid social media campaigns—especially on Meta platforms.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Guadalajara office.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in our client's success. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, with a strong focus on Facebook / Meta Ads. You will implement strategies that consistently meet and exceed client KPIs and contribute to their overall business growth.
Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media.
- Proficiency using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conceptualize and write copy for digital ads.
- Strong understanding of SEM and social media marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
Your Day-to-Day
Develop, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, especially Meta Ads.Drive the content development and optimization process from concept and strategy to research, copywriting, compliance checks, message consistency, and editing.Create compelling graphics—or collaborate with the design team—to produce social media assets aligned with client brand standards.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve client results.Manage daily budgets across multiple advertising accounts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
