Senior Software Engineer – Backend (Go / Process Automation)

About The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend and automation expertise to lead the development of high-impact automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building scalable workflows, and wants to make a measurable impact on operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for delivering 10 high-ROI automation use cases and driving a 30% efficiency improvement across the company’s most manual processes by Q2 2026 .
What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and deploy scalable automation for manual workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with Security and cross-functional partners to identify inefficiencies and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Develop integrations and workflow solutions using tools like Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Workato, Glean, and N8n.
- Ensure smooth operational transitions from manual to automated processes.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (system design, architecture, user guides).
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in software engineering.Demonstrated success delivering process and workflow automation across multiple platforms.Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).Experience with workflow orchestration tools (N8n, Workato, or similar).Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.Nice to Have :
