Manager - Compensation

JOB SUMMARY :

The Compensation Manager at Argano oversees the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The Manager collaborates with HR and business leaders to ensure that compensation strategies support the business objectives and are competitive within the market.

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation plans.
• Develop salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Develop and update compensation policies and procedures.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand and address compensation needs.
• Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on compensation matters.
• Act as a consultant to senior management on compensation issues.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on compensation program effectiveness.
• Utilize compensation analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus allocations.
• Manage compensation-related projects and initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes and transactions.
