We are looking for experienced

Recruitment Specialists

to join our nearshore team and deliver best-in-class recruitment support. Sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and proactive search. Screening and qualifying candidates against role requirements. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process. Maintaining accurate and compliant records in our ATS / CRM systems

3–6 years’ recruitment experienc

in Technology or Life Sciences (agency, RPO, or in-house). ~ Excellent English language skills (spoken and written). ~ Strong sourcing capability (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). ~ Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace. ~ Team player with a global mindset and collaborative approach.
