Auxiliar Contable PositionWe are currently looking for an experienced accounting specialist to join our organization in a key position at Penn Engineering.Responsibilities : Perform various accounting and administrative duties within the Accounting department, including daily operating accounting functions.Assist with specific tasks and functions in the Treasury area as required.Report directly to the Plant Controller.General Job Duties : Conduct general accounting functions, including assistance with quarterly external financial reporting.Maintain Fixed Assets records and depreciation schedules.Prepare monthly cost center reports.Support the close of the month process and contribute to the budgeting process.Analyze system variances on a daily basis.Specific Job Duties : Ensure accurate bookings of journal entries.Maintain cost and tooling roll-ups.Resolve invoice-related issues with vendors regarding pricing and quantity of items received.Candidates should have : Bachelor's degree in Accounting.2-3 years experience with PC capable spreadsheet, word processing, data base knowledge.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Basic / Intermediate English level.
