Site Reliability Engineer - Data Support | S&P Dow Jones Indices

We are seeking an Site Reliability Engineer - Data Support to be a key player in the implementation and support of our Global Index Data Platform that supports our major headline indices like S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Averages & also the co-branded indices with our exchange partners such as S&P / BMV, S&P / TSX, S&P / ASX, S&P / NZX, S&P / BSE, etc.The candidate should be a delivery-focused person who is familiar with Market Data such as Equity, Commodities, Forex, Futures, and Options asset classes.Monitoring of daily data load jobs

Respond to critical production issues and provide immediate workarounds to maintain business continuity.

Interact with business operations to provide day-to-day data & technical support.

Support the application code deployments and infrastructure maintenances.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Proficiency in database programming languages such asSQL, PL / SQL, and MongoDBis required.

Experience with writingUnix Shell scriptsis essential.

Familiarity withAWS serviceslike ECS, EKS, S3, and CloudFront is a plus.

Hands-on experience withDatadog toolsis required.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

Knowledge of Python is optional but beneficial.

Strong communication skills are necessary, with excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.

Familiarity with orchestration tools like Jenkins is a plus.Location : Hybrid (2-3 days on site) Santa Fe, CDMX
