The main goal is to strengthen relationships with these partners so they can promote and sell a solution focused on the Mexican market, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and channel activities.
This role focuses on executing pre-defined plans and programs, with room to suggest improvements and ideas that can increase the impact of existing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesImplement and follow up on predefined plans and campaigns to activate partners within the Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One ecosystems.Execute partner recruitment, training, and support actions to ensure strong performance in promoting our solutions.Maintain long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring consistent communication and addressing needs or escalations.Set up and execute marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including lead management, segmentation, and automation.Attend and represent the company at ERP-related industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Monitor and report on campaign and partner performance using KPIs and regular business reviews.Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in channel execution.Sugest improvements and optimizations to existing strategies based on partner interaction and feedback.RequirementsMandatory experience working with Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One, either in implementation, sales, or partner / VAR ecosystem management.Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, strategic alliances, or B2B sales.Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and managing leads in HubSpot or similar platforms.Proven track record of meeting channel objectives through execution of predefined initiatives.Active participation in ERP-related events and B2B technology conferences.PerksEnjoy generous PTO and sick leave, because we believe in balance.Free snacks and paid lunches in the office.Major Medical Health Insurance.Stock options and ownership in our success.Access to tools and equipment to perform at your best.Opportunities for growth as we rapidly expand.If you're passionate about driving change in the FinTech landscape and being part of a company shaping the future of digital payments, we invite you to explore opportunities with Paystand.We believe experience comes in many forms and value diverse perspectives.
