Accounts Payable Representative

What you will do

This role provides support in the Teletrac Navman Accounts Payable function by completing accounts payable activities and offering general accounting support.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide efficient Accounts Payable support with high customer service standards through relationship management with internal colleagues and external vendors.
• Process invoices promptly and communicate effectively across all global regions.
• Validate invoices, check for exceptions, and make adjustments as needed.
• Reconcile Vendor Statements of Account monthly.
• Set up vendor accounts and capture required information with the Accounts Payable Manager and Accountants.
• Complete payments, verify, and reconcile invoices to control expenses.
• Support a customer-driven culture focused on delivery and execution for internal and external customers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
• Process vendor payments on scheduled days, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Handle FX Purchases and ensure proper application and payment.
• Participate in daily / weekly management meetings to review departmental metrics.
