Reporting to the Global IT Infrastructure Operations Leader - DC & Server Room operations, the Global IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist - DC & Server Room provides L2 / L3 Operations support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of datacenter and server room operations, across Regions and Business Groups .

Main Responsibilities

• DC and server room infrastructure operations management
• Provide L2 / L3 support of Server and Datacenter infrastructures, as well as the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of physical and virtual servers.
• Manage the integration and operation of cloud services, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure the Implementation and uphold of IT standards, policies, and best practices defined at a Group Level
