Position Overview
The Marketing Account Manager – Mexico will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships within our dynamic marketing firm. This individual will lead the execution of the marketing strategy including the following primary responsibilities :
- Media landscape and competitor analysis, as well as identifying media outlets to forge media partnerships
- Community and stakeholder engagement
- Developing a youth program : research, plan, execute and manage the program nationwide
- BTL activations
- PR coordination
- Consumer engagement initiatives
- Management of editorial contributors and podcasts
- Database growth strategies
- Frequent reporting to clients on all different fronts, ensuring world-class results for our clients and their agencies
The role requires fluency in business English and Spanish, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience managing large or multinational accounts in marketing, advertising, media, sports, events marketing or related industries.
You will aim to continuously improve and expand our relationships with our primary accounts and their agencies in an effort to grow and retain the value of these partnerships for árbol. Key Responsibilities
Client Management :
Serve as marketing point of contact for the clients and their agencies on the responsibilities describedBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfactionUnderstand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies, quicklyManage, assign and orchestrate such marketing strategies into specific deliverables within the teamExecution
Act as the primary day-to-day lead on the responsibilities described aboveInterpret, manage and own client asks and convert into requests and deliverables for the internal teamOrchestrate content weekly deliveryCampaign Execution :
In conjunction with the Head of Partnerships Activations, develop and oversee client BTL activationsCollaborate with internal teams (social media, project management, activations, content generation, media, design) to deliver high-quality results.Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting performance KPIs and target metricsStakeholder Engagement :
Manage relationships with various stakeholders across sales and marketing functions within the clients, their agencies and internal organizations.Act as a liaison between clients and their agencies, and our team to ensure goal alignment and deliverablesProvide client-service administration, including preparing client status and activity reports multiple times per week, attending regular meetings and calls in English, compiling reports and organizing logisticsCollaborate with the Head of Marketing Content, Community Manager, PR and Sales departments to execute a strong, inspiring delivery on every facet of the client relationshipContent Planning :
Assist in clients’ content planning and execuion to enhance reach, engagement and growthStrategic Leadership :
Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple disciplines to achieve client goals.Provide insights and benchmarking on industry trends and innovative approaches to marketing for our clients in their respective verticalsExecution

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including digital, fan engagement, and experiential marketing. Sports marketing experience a plus.Familiarity with emerging trends in marketing.Experience Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of marketing experience. Account management experience handling multinational or large clients within the marketing, digital, sports marketing, media or advertising sectors a plus.Demonstrated success in media, partnerships, PR, BTL activations, and stakeholder relationships.Why Join Us?
