Sales Manager Position

About the Job :

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through various channels. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Oversee the sales process and ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring
  • Negotiate contracts with clients

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and / or Consumer Electronics industries
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a track record of achieving sales targets and building successful channel partnerships
  • Familiarity with different sales channels and distribution models
  • Skills and Abilities :

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, channel partners, and customers
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages
