Senior Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our clients in managing their social performance, stakeholder engagement, and human rights challenges.

Job Description : Support clients in understanding and addressing social impacts of projects Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies Conduct social due diligence and impact assessments Provide technical expertise in community engagement, land access negotiations, and stakeholder mapping Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, International Relations, or related field At least 3 years of experience in social performance, community engagement, and / or human rights Demonstrated experience in community engagement, stakeholder mapping, and social impact identification Benefits : Opportunity to work with leading organizations on sustainable development projects Chance to develop skills in social performance, stakeholder engagement, and human rights Collaborative and dynamic work environment Others : Familiarity with national and international databases for data analysis and social context understanding Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with local communities and clients
