Job Summary
Ingenics seeks a skilled Construction Supervisor for industrial sites to oversee the expansion of a new facility in Querétaro. This is a 6-month temporary contract with extension possible.
The role is critical in ensuring that the construction company achieves all milestones on time, validating civil, mechanical, and electrical works against the 100% design package.
Strong project management capabilities are key to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and monitor construction progress on-site through daily visits and written protocols
- Track performance of general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring access coordination
- Validate compliance of civil, mechanical, and electrical works with the approved design package
- Prepare weekly construction status reports for clients, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigations
- Escalate deviations promptly and propose recovery strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Guarantee adherence to safety standards and construction regulations
