The company is headquartered in New York, with a global team of nearly 1,800 people in 30+ countries.Position Teads is seeking an energetic and data-obsessed Partner Manager to grow our Global Growth Publishers Hub business.

You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, identify opportunities and execute at scale.

The ideal candidate is client-service focused, with prior customer success experience (preferably in ad tech), analytical, data-driven, a problem-solver who works well independently and in a team.

You should use your skills creatively to tailor solutions that accelerate and grow accounts and the network.

Manage and grow dedicated publisher accountsHandle all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance, including technical setup, monitoring, analysis, upselling and retention to help clients and Teads reach objectivesCollaborate with the business development team to onboard new publishers and proactively identify and implement optimization opportunities, including contract renewals and amendmentsWork closely with Technical, Product, and other internal teams to build processes that increase efficiency and scaleDevelop a deep understanding of the Teads portfolio of products and tailor each client solution accordinglyAbout YouMinimum of 2 years' experience in the digital media / Ad tech industryExcellent analytical skills with ability to monitor, identify and present performance metricsStrong communication and presentation skillsFluent in English; additional languages are an advantageAbility to interpret data and trends to derive valuable insights and recommendationsTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn Teads' system to assist clients with support issuesSelf-motivated, goal-driven, with strong time-management, prioritization and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft / Google applications, especially Excel / Google SheetsSalesforce experience is an advantageLife at TeadsTeads blends creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
