Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and analyzemanufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and documentbusiness requirements through discovery sessions with customers.
• Present proposals, provide estimates, and manage agreements or negotiations when working with cross-functional teams.
• PerformSAP configuration and identify appropriatesystem solutions.
• Createfunctional specifications for custom developments or enhancements (BTP, interfaces, user exits, Fiori).
• Conductunit, system, and integration testing.
• Preparedocumentation, delivertraining, and ensure successfulgo-live and post-production support.
• Work using Agile methodology, managing tasks and progress through the Jira tool.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Proven experience inSAP S / 4HANA implementation and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge ofBTP,interfaces,user exits, andFiori.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
• Team player with apositive attitude andprofessional behavior.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in dynamic environments.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
