Collaborate with users and technical teams to address configuration and integration issues. Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. Support process automation, enhancements, and system improvements. Coordinate with SAP and development teams for critical escalations. 4-7 years of SAP PP, MRP, MES, and integration with S / 4HANA modules (QM, MM, SD) experience Experience with advanced planning tools and production reporting Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills Ability to handle escalations and drive solutions for critical production issues SAP S / 4HANA PP or MES certifications Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and production automation
