Maintenance Planner

OverviewThe main location for this position is Mexico City.The ES&O Maintenance Planner for the Americas region is responsible for creating maintenance plans for existing ESS customers with service agreements.

This includes creating and maintaining annual maintenance plans, parts lists, and work schedules.

The candidate should be comfortable working with several projects in different geographical locations and time zones, and thrive in a fast paced, changing environment during growth.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain maintenance plans for contractual equipmentEnsure maintenance plans are executed according to time schedule and work scopeCreate contract lifetime maintenance planUpdate annual and detailed maintenance plans for assigned contracts and prepare input for annual financial maintenance planningProactively seek performance improvement possibilities and ensure operational and technical improvements are proposedCreate sales opportunities in CRM, or if part of contract, in maintenance management toolEnsure availability of required spare parts, exchange parts, field service resources and required maintenance tools at installation as per maintenance planMonitor site spare part inventory where applicableMonitor that maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time, and Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Guidelines as well as Customer Site Procedures are followedCommunicate and report with Contract Managers and customers around maintenance managementMay assist in and / or provide input to the formulation, development and / or revision of operating policies, procedures, and strategies for the organizationProvide project status updates to Manager of Life Cycle Management and senior management teamCollaborate with internal field service team to schedule workCreate and maintain core maintenance plans for all ES&O productsRetrieve up-to-date spare part data from all battery, PCS vendorsEducation and Professional RequirementEducation and Professional Requirement :

• Must have a BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant work experience in Energy Storage and Renewables.
