About the Role - As a Commercial Improvement Analyst, you will be Responsible for the implementation and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives in the Procurement area for optimal management of departmental resources, this refers to the control and management of flows of goods such as budget allocated to meet the objectives of the department creating conditions for promoting innovation and related tools and thus achieving exchange of best practices.

Responsabilities

• Create and develop IT tools that allow financial analysis to identify savings opportunities in the área
• Develop and lead a working scheme in collaboration with the analysts / coordinator of logistics operation that allows to show savings in paid logistics of Procurement budget
• Management of invoices from key business partners in ERP
• Creation of files and / or computer tools for the correct management of purchase orders
• Continues improvement to the indicators of Procurement area
• Ensure good performance on key performance indicators under their responsibility
• Management of company internal formats and procedures
• Provide updated budget information to the team of traffic and customs or to superiors for optimal decision making
