We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our Supply Chain Management consulting team. In this role, you will act as a cross-functional advisor and strategic partner, ensuring that project outcomes align with corporate strategies, drive measurable impact, and achieve strong end-user adoption. You will combine business acumen with supply chain expertise and a hands-on approach to guide stakeholders, resolve issues, and support lasting transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, guiding decision-making to align with corporate strategies.
• Support end-user adoption through training, coaching, and ongoing engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and scalable.
• Identify, prioritize, and help resolve issues and risks impacting project success.
• Drive improvements in data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability across platforms.
• Assess user needs and provide actionable insights to enhance the user interface and overall experience.
